a part of MyEvaluations.com. You’re bound to have questions about how this

We’ve had the privilege of providing
residency management services across the country for more than 12 years,
and we currently serve over 900 institutions worldwide. MyEvaluations.com has a
successful of history of keeping users happy, departments informed and data
connected.

Do I need to do
anything right now?
No. If there are any changes
that affect you, we’ll be in touch.
Will my price go up?
No. Your price will remain
as set on your agreement. Next spring we will be introducing new value-priced
service packages from MyEvaluations.com that may even help save you money!
Will my email address
change?
No. You can continue to use
the same accounts as always
Will I need different equipment?
No. You’ll continue to use the same equipment
that’s already in your institutions and departments.
Who do we pay our bills to?
Your payment options stay the same. You can pay
your bill by mail based on the invoices you receive. We have a new mailing

Are personnel from Verinform Systems available?
Yes. Many of the key
personnel involved in development, support and implementation of Verinform
Systems and GME Toolkit will continue to serve your needs.
Some personnel such Ms. Dina
Dickerson, Mr. Bruce Becker and Mr. Kit Johnson are no longer affiliated with
Verinform Systems, GME Toolkit or MyEvaluations.com. Please redirect any of
your questions to my attention.
Our Promise to You
In order to improve the
overall quality of services MyEvaluations.com has promised to accomplish the
following tasks. We will setup new servers and hardware for more reliable
services; and we will work hard to improve your customer service experience, and
we will introduce new lower-priced packages that would provide your institution
and departments a better value.
These are big promises, and
we are delighted to share with you that in the last month we have already
accomplished the first two promises.
New Servers & Hardware
We have installed and
migrated all hosted services (Verinform Systems and GME Toolkit) to new servers
and database platforms that operate more efficiently. All managed databases now
have redundant backup systems for disaster recovery. And, we're adding new
server administration processes to improve the reliability of our services.
Improved Service Experience
Now you can count on a representative answering
your call 24/7 to provide a username and password reminder or to address
critical application issues. We have operators who can answer basic questions
and are able to escalate your call as needed for immediate attention.
All general support issues
and questions regarding Verinform Systems or GME Toolkit should be sent to
Support@Verinform.com. Technical Support service via email and the website have
also been enhanced. Now all issues are centrally managed by a single gatekeeper
support representative. As a general rule we promise an on-time service window
of 3-hours for critical errors and 24-hours for non-critical issues and general
questions. If the issue requires a call back then a support representative will
call the administrator to help resolve the issue.
Support emails provide the following benefits not available with a phone call:
- Written explanation of
the issue for clarification
- History of the dialogue
for future reference
- Saved time in leaving
multiple voicemails
- After-hours follow-up
on outstanding issues
- Quality monitoring by
supervisors and management
All
administrators also have access to the call center or to follow-up directly (by
voice or email) with a support representative. Telephone calls should be used
when email is not appropriate.

The call center can be used

username and password
- Leave a general message
for Support, Sales or the company

specific personnel by name (not all old employees will be available)
Other support personnel will
make their phone number accessible to you as needed. However you should not
initiate a support case by calling a support representative directly... send an
email or call the center first.
The goal is reduce the time
spent making phone calls and leaving multiple messages.
