Johnson brings fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, including leadership of strategic and business planning, mergers/acquisitions, financial management, accounting and data processing operations, development of internal controls and selection, and implementation and operation of IS software. He began work at Verinform in late 2003. "Verinform is committed to maintaining optimal efficiency and financial management," said Dina Dickerson, CEO of Verinform. Kit holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting and music, and graduated with honors in 1987.
