Verinform Adds to
Growing Board and Management Team

Verinform Systems, Inc., a provider of enterprise
software applications for academic hospitals, clinical environments
and governmental public health agencies, today announced the appointment
of Karen Fast to its Board of Directors and Jack Lincoln as Vice
President of Engineering.
“Karen’s outstanding track record
in sales and marketing for companies like IBM will help ensure we
accomplish our goals quickly and efficiently while managing the
many operational challenges along the way,” said Verinform
CEO and Founder Dina Dickerson. “Jack is highly regarded as
an innovator in the kind of workflow systems Verinform is marketing
and developing,” added Dickerson. “We are pleased to
have these two very talented folks join our growing organization.”
Fast, a resident of Bend, Oregon, spent the early
part of her career at IBM, where she held a number of marketing
and management positions, including a role in the Open Systems Consulting
Group that drove more than ten-fold year-to-year revenue growth
over two years. Most recently, Ms. Fast has been an independent
executive consultant focusing on the establishment of marketing,
sales and customer support processes as well as providing tactical
sales assistance for large corporate clients.
Lincoln will lead the software engineering team
at Verinform. He has extensive experience in a variety of software
management and architectural design platforms and joins Verinform
from mPower Financial Advisors LLC.
