Training

Verinform's training program assures that VerinformRM users are entirely comfortable and adept with the system. We provide both training upon initial implementation of the system and ongoing refresher courses.

Web-Based Courses
Verinform offers a series of interactive web-based training sessions that include refresher courses, presentation on new features, skill-building and initial training for new users. Course itineraries are available for:

• VerinformRM Administration

Training Approach
We employ different strategies for training VerinformRM users based on the role of the user and the nature of the material presented. In some instances, a Train-the-Trainer methodology is used, as in the case of training administrators to support housestaff and attending physicians whose functional needs are limited in scope. In the case of end users with more extensive functional needs, such as program coordinators, GME staff, fiscal services staff, and program directors, direct training by Verinform personnel usually is required.

Certification & Testing
Verinform training sessions can include a proficiency test to make sure that the students have adequately retained key information and lessons. Certificates of Satisfactory Completion of Training are provided to students who pass the test upon request.

Onsite Training We tailor onsite training based on the role of the user, the nature of the material and client preferences.
