Training: VerinformRM Administration Functionality

Overview

This training will teach you how to troubleshoot and solve common user questions and configuration matters. Verinform Systems training staff provide 90 minute training classes for new users and those seeking a refresher course. Check back for the next scheduled session or inquire at support@verinform.com.

• View Usernames
• Manually set passwords
• Teach your resident and attending physicians to access their own usernames and passwords
• Understand all aspects of evaluation configuration: settings, maps, periodic evaluations, ad hoc evaluations, evaluation reminders, masking and on the fly evaluations
• Change email addresses

This course will be most effective if the attendees have the following:

• Administrative permissions
• Knowledge of your program’s evaluation generation process
• Administrative Username and Password for VerinformRM
