Or, if you have unique institutional needs that need immediate attention, Verinform can customize its implementation of VerinformRM to meet your specific, non-standard requirements. The system's core flexibility offers you the ability to mold RM to virtually any facet of your training programs.
Then comes training. We work with you to determine the people who are to be trained and the extent of the training. For example, some components of VerinformRM lend themselves to a 'Train-the-Trainer' approach, whereby intensive training of key individuals positions them to provide effective firstlevel support to other users.

Other facets of the system, such as those involving fiscal services, customarily warrant more specialized training of a small number of institutional personnel. Training can be on-site or over the web — whichever model you believe to be more appropriate for your institution.
